Good Dining Experience

I had a wonderful meal at the Ramshead Bar. Even though I’ve heard mixed reviews, my experience was pleasant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with rustic décor that made it feel like a true lodge. After a long day of exploring, sitting by the fire while enjoying some hearty food was just what I needed. Highly recommend the seasonal dishes!

Cozy Fireplace Room

I stayed in room 110, which came with an amazing fireplace! It was the perfect spot to warm up after a day in the snow. Although the room had its quirks—like a bit of noise from the creaky floors—it still felt cozy and comfortable. The s’mores kit they provided was a fun touch for family bonding time!

Unique Lodge Tours

One of the best experiences was the fascinating tour led by a park ranger. Hearing stories about the lodge's history and the craftsmanship that went into its restoration added so much value to my visit. It made the beautiful rustic features and numerous nooks even more enjoyable to explore.

Relaxing Hot Tub

After skiing, unwinding in the hot tub was a must. I loved the atmosphere—so relaxing with beautiful views all around. It was the perfect way to end the day, soaking in the warmth while surrounded by the stunning mountains. Just be aware that it can get crowded during peak hours!

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The character of the place is delightful, and while the rooms have a bit of noise from the thin walls, it adds to the historic charm.
